Overseas Project

  1. Collection of Demand Order and Power of Attorney from the Client – in the name of Recruiting Agency.
  2. Screening the potential candidates from our database as per the specifications of the Client.
  3. The recruiting agent shall arrange potential candidates for Interviews for the final selection by the Client.
  4. Before the Interview, the workers shall be informed about wages, working hours, overtime and holidays, food, medical, duration, air passage etc.
  5. Medical examinations of the selected workers are done at the approved Medical Center.
  6. Medically fit workers’ papers along with the signed Employment Contract of the workers to be forwarded to the Client for Visa Processing.
  7. After receiving the visa documents from the client an orientation shall be arranged by the agent.
  8. Hence, the Manpower Clearance / Permission is to be collected for the workers as per the existing rules of the Bangladesh Government.
  9. Finally, the Employer or the Agent arranges air tickets for the workers to send them to their jobs under the Employer in an overseas country

 Domestic Project

  1. As per the requirement of the Client – the workers are arranged for an interview – at the project site or at a testing centre to select the workers by the Client’s Representative.
  2. Qualified / selected workers are sent to the Project site as per the schedule of the Client.
